Mr. Shaibin Varghese Mathew is the Founder & Managing Director of Bestination Holidays Pvt. Ltd. and an accomplished professional with more than 22 years of experience in the automobile industry. Having built a successful career with globally recognized luxury automobile brands such as Mercedes Benz and Jaguar Land Rover, he brings extensive technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and strong operational expertise to the organization. He holds a Master’s Degree in Automobile Engineering and completed his schooling at St. Joseph’s Boys’ Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School before pursuing his higher education in Coimbatore.

Driven by a shared vision for travel and entrepreneurship, Mr. Shaibin co founded Bestination Holidays alongside his wife, Ms. Jeena Fernandez.
